"Exactly what my boyfriend and I wanted for a summer trip, we hung out by the swim up bar and beach and just enjoyed the amazing food and service at Excellence. The Indian food at Basmati and sushi at Spice were to die for. The breakfast at The Lobster House, a total hit. And the kiwi margs ended up being the drink of the weekend! If you want a gorgeous, relaxing but very entertaining resort to eat some of the best food in Mexico at, this is your spot. Also, the service alone deserves its own...

"I wish today was a 5 star review. I really wish. And believe me, that is what it would be if it was not starting everything in such a bad way.
Pat’s start with what is good. Because the resort is nice, clean, with a lot of employees that are literally trying their best to make you happy. And they really know how to succeed. They are good at what they are doing. So you would like them to be around them.
Swimming pool is big. Really big. Clean and nice. Water is great, bars are around it, people...

"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing from beginning to end.
On the first night, the air conditioning in my room did not work, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the issue to the front desk, but they did not offer to move me to another room. In addition, there was no hot water, which made the experience even worse.
I also had an unpleasant experience at the adults-only pool. I was told that I could not stay in that area, yet at the same time there was another adult...

"I love this place every thing about it was amazing amazing clean great staff beach staff Abimael was amazing giving us are drinks and what ever we needed to make are stay great by the pool and beach but over all everything was great food ,rooms,cleanliness the only thing I wish they had better music for the younger people for the pool partys and louder music but I will be back loved it!!"
