My stay here was amazing and everything I needed after working 70 hrs a week all the time . I enjoyed a nice and relax vacation with my fiancée and loved my stay here and stand by the excellence brand . What really surprised me is how pleasant the staff is considering I know how other all inclusive resorts can be. The employees seemed to really enjoy their job and were super polite. I wish we had more sunshine during our stay considering we visited at the end of June but I wouldn’t change a thing about my trip . Would absolutely stay here again food was great lots of different options , gym was state of the art , entertainment was cool , drinks were flowing , and so many activities throughoutthe day . AMAZING place and will definitely come back .

Beautiful ocean, mostly nice staff, very mediocre food and the added 400 dollars to upgrade to The Excellence Club is not worth it at all. My room phone was broken and took 30 hours to fix. My friends phone was broken, but got fixed in a few hours. Supposed premium liquor in your room for “ Excellence Club “, but my friend wanted gin in his room ( that’s all he drinks ) and they wouldn’t give him any. Women can literally be nearly naked at breakfast, but if a guy has a sleeveless gym shirt ( not muscle shirt ) I was sent to change. Restaurant’s stagger their seating, so even if you go at a normal time ( 7:40 for us ) they tell you it’s a 50 minute wait ( really 100 minutes) then when we sat down, they rushed us because “ the kitchen was closing “ Really too many examples of them just not caring or being service oriented. It’s expensive enough that you should just pick someplace else. My first and last time, and same for my friend.

lo unico que no me gusto es que los restaurantes incluyendo el que esta en la piscina tienen como reglamento ir vestido formalmente ,no camiseta ni chort ,si uno sale de la habitacion para una excurcion o lo que sea para desayunar o almorzar tiene que ir vestido y despues tener que regresar a la habitacion a cambiarte de ropa para ir donde vallas a ir ocea si tu vas para la piscina tienes que vestirte desayunar o almorzar y regresar a la habitacion a cambiarte de ropa otra vez los que tienen habitaciones lejjos como la mia tremendas caminatas nunca vi eso en otros hoteles

We loved out visit, room was spectacular and the staff took care of us as soon as we walked into the lobby. Loved it. The only thing that would have made things a little better would be to have a DJ or something similar play after the events each night to allow people to hang out a little later than 10:30pm.

From the moment you are greeted you are treated so well, the weather is hot but you still see everyone giving their 110% to make you feel welcomed. From checking in, to getting escorted to your room you get all the info that the resort has to offer and if you missed anything there is always someone willing to help. The staff were amazing and we will definitely be coming back again. They truly go above and beyond. The rooms were super clean with the service coming in 2x a day, always had clean sheets and towels, beach towels as well in the room, the bathroom and shower were spacious. We had the room that walks out to the pool and there was no moisture or mold or dirtiness on the lounge chairs or the cushions which is a big ick for me but they were nice and clean and well kept. Nearby activities: There were enough activities to keep you busy, trust worthy staff and on site reps that made everything so easy. Safety: It only took one time to make the concierge aware that I was allergic to dairy that once provided the room number they were able to see that I had a food restriction, all the way to the beach everyone knew which is super appreciated! Also there is tourist police on the beach daily, which to me is great for people that needed to feel safe Walkability:They have 7 pools and the walk to the beach was easy where ever you were staying in the resort! The hotel is fantastic, the staff are absolutely wonderful. The pool and beach are really lovely. I had no issues finding a lounger or getting a table in restaurants. Lots of veggie options. The rooms are lovely, I am sure the hotel is a little more dated than some modern ones but it was spotlessly clean and the real highlight is the staff who are so nice. Make sure you tip them well and in Mexican pesos to make it easier for them. They deserve every penny. Everything is included but make sure you bring all you need as the shop is expensive! But you won't need toothpaste or other toiletries it's all provided. I also highly recommend their official transfers Seasons tours who were easy to find and took me right to the hotel door and back with no problems at all. I was a solo female traveller and the resort is friendly and safe. If you go to bed early ask for a room away from the main theatre area, my first room was closer but staff moved me no problem and it was nice and quiet. The main pool is more party vibes, the back pool is much more peaceful. I had a wonderful trip and can't thank the staff enough for their kindness.

This was a great vacation spot. Everything was amazing from the friendly staff to the many great food options. Almost every meal was amazing. Also note that not once did this resort try to upsell a time share in any way. I greatly appreciate that.

Excellence club was our favorite! Best meals at Magna restaurant inside the club. Bartender Jorge was amazing! He had our drinks ready as soon as he saw us enter the club. Outside of the club, we were greeted by every employee. At any time we felt we could ask and it would be given. Beach was beautiful. Food was tasty. Room was cleaned daily. Pools were amazing. Highly recommend this resort!

The experience at this resort was UNREAL! I am at a loss for words. Beach & beach service = PERFECT! I highly recommend upgrading to Excellence Club if possible and getting the Swim up Suite. Each restaurant was great, especially lobster house. The staff was outstanding and super kind, they appreciate your tips and kind words. I would absolutely return and recommend this to anyone. The ONLY and I mean ONLY complaint I can think of is long waits at restaurants BUT it was only at 2 out of the 4 we went to, and it was PACKED... this is pretty par for the course at these all inclusive's, but you need to just go early!

This resort has a breakfast buffet, but all other meals are supplied through the "restaurant experience" which can take up to 1.5 hours. There should be a 24/7 buffet available just like most resorts, and if you can't get people in and out in under 45 minutes you are doing it wrong. The bar tenders do a good job and are eager to please. However they are over worked. Most resorts have slushy machines of the most common drinks. Here every drink is mix by hand in blenders. Most of the staff is excellent, and the mobile app was very helpful. Overall Food: above average, slightly Entertainment (the 3 shows we saw, because of long dinners): below average Staff: above average Room: above average Facilities: Average A delayed flight caused our stay to be offset by 24 hours. I called the resort and asked them if they would shift our reservations by a day, adding a day to the end, or a partial refund for the first day. I was immediately denied, and was told to do another booking to add the day at cost. I didn't expect they would care I don't hold it against them, but if they had tried to work with me they would definitely stood out. I could at least say this resort goes above and beyond. We will not stay here again, the cost to stay here is at a premium, for slightly above average experience. The "restaurant experience" requirement for lunch and dinner is absurd. All in all you could probably find a similar experience in Cancun at a better price.
