Cari Hotel di Majlis Pantai Utara

"Lovely accommodation run by a nice couple who were very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous homemade breakfast. "

"Nice hotel"

"All good"

"Friendly and helpful reception that makes my check-in experience smooth and easy. Great location as well, very close to all the things you need."

"Room was not ready, told I'd would get a text and by 3.30pm I went to the front desk and asked what's happening I've got no text, they forgot. Room key given and by this the time we got in there was no dipped strawberries, champagne and cake on arrival as requested few days earlier. Bathtub was muddy brown water for ages and bathroom sick was explosive and spraying water everywhere."

"Close to the city and opera house, all within walking distance. The Rocks is next door. Nice, light and spacious room."

"Beautiful view of the harbour and city skyline. Bed was comfortable, pillows were okay a bit flat. Could hear other guests quite loudly walking by and talking but room was very clean, well maintained and staff friendly. Short walk to north Sydney train station, very convenient."

"We enjoyed our stay very much. Loved the idea of choosing our pillows. Toiletries were very nice. High tea was lovely, and our interaction with the chef was unexpected, and appreciated. Room was quiet, as we had requested in advance, as theres a construction site right outside for the new metro station. We thought the staff were very professional and attentive. Room service food was of a good standard. We would definitely stay again."

"They accommodated an early check in. Room had a great view. Wish we could of spent more time there."

"Used the online check-in which was great, but it meant I didn’t speak to anyone to obtain room keys. My whole stay I tried to call the front desk/reception from the suite for information, but they NEVER answered. For the room I booked & the price I paid, this was unacceptable & so frustrating. Terrible service."

"An excellent hotel to stay in the Sydney cbd, close to attractions, shopping, foods, public transport. Good service from staff all round"

"Room was clean, comfy bed, pool great, spa wasn’t working on one day but all good the next day. Staff polite, location great. Overall good experience, would stay there again."

"The property taxes as convenient location, especially near the tram line. The room was not very clean, rubbish from past guests in main room and hand prints all over table. Breakfast was average. Staff at breakfast friendly and helpful. Expensive room and not worth it. Given the construction, they should have offered lower prices."

"Very cool hotel, brilliant location with the best views"
