"Stayed 6 nights at Sangri-la. Room service was done properly for the first 3 nights, but was skipped the rest. Had to call and ask for room service. One of the nights the service was not followed up after the first call and had to request again at 9pm upon return to room. Should be much better for a 5-star hotel."

"What a beautiful hotel. Location to Darling, Harbour, Darling Quarter, Paddy's Markets, Entertainment Centre and the ICC is exceptional. Even only a short walk to city or Barangaroo. Check in was a bit slow and we were there at 11am when it wasn't a busy time. Rooms are beautifully appointed. Bar has a beautiful outlook. Bar staff were not particularly competent but friendly and fun which more than made up for this. The breakfast is next level, worth doing once in your life. Car parking is very...
