"We absolutely loved our stay. The staff makes "Excellence, Excellent. I truly hope the Owners/Franchise/CEO takes care of the individuals who work for them, without them it wouldn't be what it is. Although everyone was AMAZING a few names stood out to us Beni, Jonathan, Edwin (Servers) Neicy (Host) & Jesus & Hector Front desk. All of them made our trip feel so special & truly "Thank" them for that. We loved all the food/restaurants this resort had to offer. Spice was our favorite! 10/10 recommend them all though as every single one is delicious. Shows in the evening were spectacular. Our room was clean, bed was comfy, house keeping was so kind and AMAZING. The only thing that broke my heart was seeing others on vacation not tip. If you can't afford to leave a few dollars after these kind souls waited on you and took care of you their entire night then stay home and go work for free on your own time. I understand It's an all inclusive resort & tipping isn't mandatory, but come on now. Some people just suck, but not all of us. 😊 I appreciated every soul & every smile.
