"We booked 5 nights at this hotel but decided to leave after 4 nights. We found the bed just to hard even with blankets on the mattress. If you like hard beds you will be ok. We also asked for extra.pillows which they happily dropped off to our room. The hotel has fantastic transport links underneath with a subway. They also have a stand by the lifts with lovely satchets of coffee and tea. We arrived on a flight too early for check in and they do not allow this unless you pay a fee which is...
