"Ich habe kürzlich im Hotel in Shinjuku, Tokio übernachtet und war rundum begeistert. Die Lage ist absolut top – mitten im Herzen von Shinjuku, mit perfektem Zugang zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern und trotz der zentralen Lage angenehm ruhig. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind mir der freundliche Service und das gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen."

"We had a wonderful stay. We purchased a lot of great Godzilla products at the gift shop. The staff gifted a lot of souvenirs to my kids, which they loved. It would be even better if the Godzilla viewing deck could be reopened."

"Nothing but wonderful things to say about this lovely hotel in the heart of Minato. Easy access to Shiodome and Shimbashi stations and the time we spent *in* the hotel was always relaxing. Staff are courteous and helpful beyond what we are accustomed to in the US. A very spacious lobby on the 25th floor with large west-facing windows are a great spot for a casual hang or a morning coffee, both of which we took advantage of. A coffee machine provides free coffee, cappuccinos, hot chocolates...

"comfortable stay. we were worried about the rooms being old and musty but no such experience. it was well maintained for the rooms we were in. shuttle was a nice feature and close proximity to narita made it easy for shuttle to city or next flight out easy in the morning or late night. "
