Food: Everything was amazing
Drinks: Great brands

Pool: Plenty of seats and space, one warmer pool
Beach: Fine sand, clear water

Room service menu: Meh
Hot tubs: Not very hot
Swim out room: Very cold water, didn't use much, not worth upgrading
Overall first resort id go back to no question, bad stuff didn't outweigh how good of a time it was."

"The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something. "We had a great stay! Every staff member we met was friendly. Entertainment and shows were great. We felt the buffet had the best options for food, the restaurants were not the quality what we have had from other all inclusive we have stayed at. The resort is very clean and drinks were good! For the price we got a deal!"
