"When we arrived they said there was no room! It was overbooked. We should have got a massage - not true. They kept on several times. After we ment it was there problem and they have to solve it, they contact the manager and he arranged with a room directly. It was exactly what we booked. The chec in lady later wanted us to pay for the breakfast which was included - so we denied. It was in our booking paper. Later we heard from another guest that he had the same problem with overbooking. This...

"The hotel was really good, clean, and in great condition. It has all the amenities that you could need, the breakfast spread was awesome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I was there during the rain storm which was quite insane. The staff in all of this was very good, they tried their best to make the guests as comfortable as possible and help them in any way needed. "

"Big sized apartments, we stayed in a one bed apartment which one had stand in balcony which we were slightly dissapointed with. Kitchen is well equipped however they do not have a toaster which i was slightly dissapointed with. Bathroom is little dated don't like the fact they have shower curtains. Staff are very helpful. Location is great as its close to MOE and easy to get onto the main roads. Overall was a good stay for what we paid for. "

"My first time in Dubai and I've really enjoyed my stay at First Central Suites. The building is clean, the amenities are decent and having a kitchen/laundry in the room is a huge bonus. As for the neighbourhood, Al Barsha is nice and has some action going on, but it's only a three minute walk to the metro if you want to go to The Marina or Beach or Downtown, etc. Groceries are nearby along with some nice restaurants and cafes if you're working remote."
