Very clean room and exceptionally helpful staff. Particularly Alo who was dressed in a kilt and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Organising our taxis, providing recommendations for restaurants etc

Stayed here recently. Room service was excellent although our check in time was really late. Very friendly staff with warm hospitality.

The rooms have been renovated and are now excellent in terms of appearance and cleanliness. However, the bed itself has not been renewed, although it was still comfortable. We requested an extra blanket or an extra bed, but there was a delay of more than 3 hours, and unfortunately it was not available. ...

Staff members were very polite and considerate with our needs. Good amenities as well. Close to the airport. Will stay again if I happen to come back.

There’s lots of heritage to see
Sharjah has not got the hustle and bustle of dubai nor is it as expensive. You can find very good bargains at mega mall, sahara centre and city centre. The restaurants are disappointing. The food courts in the malls are a much better option.
Sharja is a nice place to visit but the hotel was not as I expected
It’s nice but not great and transportation very expensive
