"We stayed for 3 nights while doing sightseeing around Mount Fuji, and the location was great and close to a lot of tourist attractions. I was visiting, and can’t speak any Japanese but it wasn’t a problem with check in or the stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed the amenities like the hot soaker tub after a long day. I would stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family if they were ever visiting. "

"This is my first stay in the hotel. The room is spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of Mount Fuji. The location is excellent, as there is a free shuttle bus to Kawaguchiko Station and the Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko bus stop right at the hotel. Fuji's theme park is right next door, along with a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is connected to a traditional onsen, and as hotel guests, we receive complimentary entry. "Staff was helpful from the start. Hotel provides courtesy shuttle to the hotel from Kawaguchiko station. Staff welcomes you into the hotel and guide you to your room. Staff will explain how to use any amenities such as the open air bath. Our room used a futon and a staff will come by and set up the room. Much like other reviews, hotel is outdated and quite far from any convenience store or restaurant."
