Great Hotel and Location

It was a great location and nice Hotel. Had a small Onsen and rooms were large and clean. We did have a few Ants in our room and two spiders. They gave us some spray and we were able to rid them.

We stayed for 3 nights while doing sightseeing around Mount Fuji, and the location was great and close to a lot of tourist attractions. I was visiting, and can’t speak any Japanese but it wasn’t a problem with check in or the stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, the room was great, and we enjoyed the amenities like the hot soaker tub after a long day. I would stay here again or recommend it to my friends and family if they were ever visiting.

子供2人の家族で利用。アウトレットから近く、近くにコンビニもあり、便利です。洋館の落ち着いた施設。お気に入りは暖炉があり、お風呂上がりにゆっくりな時間をすごせました。雪の翌朝の散歩も気持ちが良かったです。スタッフの方も過剰すぎない感じが良かったです。雪の季節のせいか、空調の効きが弱いかな。

厳しいです。

受付おじさんひとり前の人がいるとかなり待ちます。チェックイン時どこのサイトで申し込みしたのか？いくらか？どの部屋か？聞かれた情報いっていないのか？みてないのか？初めての経験でした。部屋、館内清掃は行き届いており、まぁまぁ綺麗携帯のAUの電波が、かろうじて1本と圏外の感じ、WiFiはなく無線LANはあるみたいだが全てつながらない。夜は寒く、暖房必要、エアコン暖房つけると暑い止めると寒いで眠れなかった。お風呂大浴場開けてびっくり洗い場がお風呂からのお湯が溢れて10センチくらいお湯びたし身体洗った泡、シャンプーの泡がお湯に浮いて汚い。お風呂も40度くらいとぬるく、寒かった。夜ご飯館内レストランコロナでやっていない為外に車で食べて帰ると駐車場満車奥の駐車場は街灯もなく見えないし止めるスペースもなさそうだったので道路に路駐した。これで土曜日1.4万ならリピートはしないと思います。

予約時の部屋タイプの写真とは別部屋

予約する時の　写真の部屋のタイプとは全然違っていた。ダブルルームで予約したが　狭い一部屋に布団3枚がギリギリ敷いてあり、 3人の滞在なのに座布団　お茶は2人分しかなかった。
