"Soggiorno fantastico! Questo hotel è la scelta perfetta per chi cerca la qualità di un 4 stelle senza spendere una fortuna. La pulizia è il vero punto di forza: la mia camera era immacolata, così come il bagno e tutte le aree comuni. Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e disponibile. "Staff was wonderful! Sara and Stefania from reception both helped us when our trains were canceled last minute and we had to find rides back to the hotel and to Milan. Hotel was clean and beautiful and breakfast and spa staff were also welcoming and helpful. "

"Villa Appiani is at a great location to get to center of Florence without being right in the center of it. It's a quite location where you can relax after a day of sightseeing and they have a great resturant. Also they provide shuttle service to the entrance of Florence at no extra cost. It's a bit of a walk but worth it. They have two drop off locations close to Florence or midway at another popular sightseeing stop. "We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable. "
