It was so incredible- everything from the views from the windows, spacious bedrooms and hospitality of the staff. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was made to order. It was well beyond our expectations!

A quiet, serene spot, right in the old city of Bergamo. There's a lovely, calm garden area, and our room was bright and welcoming, Though the bathroom wasn't en suite, it was private and spacious. It was a bit odd to not interact with any staff (there is an electronic check-in process), we didn't have any issues so there was no need to contact anyone. Very close to lots of restaurants and cafes and beautiful sites to explore.

Superfint lille sted. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker morgenmad. Ind/udtjekning gik let. Beliggenhed er helt perfekt midt i den gamle by, men 2min gang væk fra larm og støj.

It felt like borrowing the apartment of distant, Italian family. We felt very welcome and the staff was incredibly warm and helpful. We will return if we're ever going back to Bergamo. Travelling with two very small children, it would’ve been nice to know about the amount of stairs in advance. Same if you have any disability, I suppose.

Un emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville incluant la possibilité de se garer et de charger votre véhicule. Nous avions la chambre 11 qui était en réalité un appartement spacieux qui pourrait convenir a une famille. Le petit déjeuner était parfait ainsi que l’accueil de tout le personnel!

Está en el centro de Bérgamo, junto a la Piazza Vecchia, pero en un lugar tranquilo y sin ruido. Es un edificio antiguo que mantiene su esencia y con mobiliario y baños modernos y limpios. El checkin automático es fácil y rápido. La cama es muy cómoda y el desayuno estaba buenísimo, variado y casero. El chico que atendía el desayuno era encantador y nos ayudó mucho. Volveríamos a este hotel sin dudarlo!
