Easy walk from the train station and on the bus route for the airport. Fantastic, helpful staff. Well worth stopping for an extra day in Bergamo if you’re flying in and out of the city.

The hotel was very near to the airport bus so it was very easy to get from the airport. As it is on a direct bus route to the Citta Alta access to there was easy. Staff were helpful; we were able to store our luggage due to a late flight and to borrow umbrellas. We will stay again.

The hotel was good, our first room was close to the restaurant and was not good. Very cold and noisy. There were able to change our room and the second one. Was much better. We could not find parking close to get our luggage and do the check. Location was good, walkable and close to transit and restaurants.

Good hotel at a great price but improvement needed

For the price this is a good hotel and the location is great. Cleaning staff are fine. Front desk -- good but when a couple staying for 4 nights asked for more hangers (as there were only 6 in the room) the response was "I will see if we have some in the hotel" -- we never got any more hangers! What was really unexpected was breakfast -- most hotels can figure out how to do a buffet breakfast. The buffet breakfast room was chaotic with a staff that seems oblivious. More than once there were no plates or no utensils in the buffet area. There were tables that needed to be cleared (as the room is full and people are looking to find a seat). And the arrangement -- yogurts in a corner squeezed in near the coffee machine and the hot food -- so that you couldn't get to it. Only one coffee machine (one morning I was in the line for 8 minutes as 10 people were in line to get coffee). I could go on but the point is that the breakfast room has to operate better. It gets the day off to a bad start to encounter such disorder.

This is my go to place every time I fly in to Bergamo. For a short break it’s a great location. Close to the train station and close enough to get to the Citta Alta on foot. For the less energetic there is a good bus service. It’s clean, comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Excellent choice at breakfast.

Well located for travellers

A perfectly located hotel if, like me, you arrive in Bergamo quite late and want the convenience of a decent place to stay close to the bus and train stations. My room was spacious and comfortable, although it was a little “tired”. If you’re staying in Bergamo or heading onto Milan or another place then this hotel is a great choice.

Great place to stay. Close to the train station. Restaurant Vox in the same building as the hotel was phenomenal. Older building but they maintained it well and kept it very clean. Only complaint was that the air conditioning only worked if a window was open - that may have been user error but that was the only way we could figure it out. Additionally, the windows have no screens (perhaps that’s a European thing) so we were scared to let bugs in if the windows were left open Otherwise it was great, would recommend.

Good stay marred by poor breakfast

Front desk was very friendly and helpful. However the breakfast left much to be desired. It was obviously understaffed. On the first day, the coffee machine ran out of milk, water and coffee. No one attended to it for 20 mins. While everyone was waiting for coffee. Second day which was a Sunday and breakfast till 10.30am. Came down at 9.30am, there were not enough tables as they weren’t cleared. And worse, no food was left. After several customers asked, some bread and scrambled eggs were provided. That’s all. Nothing else. Do yourself a favour. Skip the breakfast and go 4 doors down, they served much better stuff there.

Flight arrived from Bergamo airport past midnight, only 10 mins to get an Uber to the hotel but it is on the pricey side €42 for a short journey but considering not having to drag my luggage all the way to Milan, that was an ideal solution. The hotel staff was very helpful with late check in. Room was extremely spacious and modern. Perfect temperature without me having to adjust the air conditioning. Comfy bed and not too noisy despite being on the second floor. Upon checking out and before heading to the station for my train, I could really benefit from the use of restroom but they have not got one available at the lobby area nor the restaurant area, according to staff, it is under renovations which is a bit of shame as this has let down the score slightly. Would have love to use their spa facilities next time when I visit again. Overall, really lovely stay and close proximity to central Bergamo.
