"I booked this place because of the location. I didn't realize it didn't have AC until we checked in. Thankfully it was October so it was mild weather temps. We did leave the window open and there was a ceiling fan and an oscillating fan in the room."

"La chambre était minuscule notamment pour entrer dans la douche il faut être contorsionniste! La chambre est tres vieillotte! Le restaurant au 8e est par contre incroyable autant pour le
Menu, le service que la vue spectaculaire! Le buffet déjeuner est copieux et très bon! 2e visite et je reviendrai c’est sûr mais dans une chambre plus grande :-)"

"Incredible hotel and location, Room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff were the highlight of the stay, everyone is incredibly welcoming and friendly, went above and beyond for our stay including an out of hours sandwich being made even though kitchen was closed due to our late arrival. Breakfast was tasty and included a large selection. Sadly due to our timings we were unable to experience the SPA but we will be returning for this."

"The location of the hotel is great if you are getting around by train as it’s about 10 minutes (flat) walk. We got the bus from the airport into Bergamo - the hotel is a 5 minute walk from the nearest stop. We walked to the funicolare which was 15 mins away or you can get the bus.
Excellent breakfast choices
Very helpful reception staff"
