"Front desk staff was not a pleasant experience. The TV didn’t work the first night and the rest of the nights had the incorrect name on it. I loved our room and the rooftop. The restaurant was more than half empty and they wouldn’t seat us because they said they had reservations. The bar seats should be reserved for walk in hotel guests at least. "The hotel was clean and great for a short stay. We booked the suite - it was quite dark, the room looked a bit dated and there was water damage in the bathroom. As it was a one night stay, it wasn’t a big deal. The staff were wonderful and there shuttle was super convenient to the airport. We would stay again but not in the suite."

"The location of the property was really good, just a 10 minute stroll to the end of La Rambla and the port area. We explored quite a lot of Barcelona and decided this was definitely the best area to stay as we were near so many local eateries. The room was spotless, thanks to the fabulous housekeeping team. "The room was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is a couple of minutes away from metro and train. The window offers a view of downtown apartments with satellite dishes and clothesline of real people living real lives. Bathroom and toiletries were clean and practical. I would return but book earlier to reduce the June hiked price."
