"The staff were very helpful and very nice to chat with during our stay. There is laundry on site for 5 GBP per load, payable in cash at the front desk. A communal balcony provided some extra space to sit outside, as the rooms were limited in space. It was our own research that lead to this mistake, but the bed is a North American Double at best and was quite tight for two people, again nothing against the hotel but our own booking error. "The property is in an excellent location for central Belfast. Quiet hotel inside. Looking aged and very warm in the rooms. No aircon but they did provide fans

"You could try to find fault but come up with nothing, perhaps being next door to a pub would swing it but regardless this is an perfectly located B&B, owners are welcoming and that continues throughout your stay, rooms are spotless and the breakfasts superb.
