"The hotel is is a good location, and the communal areas seem well maintained. The room was spacious but rather tired, with damage through out, but not enough to ruining our night. A fridge or drinks cooler would be a nice touch as they provided bottled water, but it was to warm to drink."

"I booked a superior room for a lovely surprise for my husband who is seriously ill when we arrived the receptionists she said we have been upgraded to a room with a nice view I was delighted, I couldn't believe the room was in the eves with all sloping ceilings, walls dark green and navy ceiling it was so dark and clostaphobic it was hard to see with 2 tiny windows even with the dull lights on,all the drawers were glued shut,we had a small wardrobe half was used for coffee and tea station with...

"Spacious, clean room with very comfortable beds and in a quiet location as requested
All staff encountered were friendly, welcoming and helpful
Dinner was excellent, fresh local ingredients, perfectly cooked and presented
Buffet breakfast suffers from common problem; hot food in keep-warm containers for too long was past its best - dried out, overcooked, tough and lacking in flavour. However the fresh fruit and bread selection were very good.
Fitness suite is impressive with a good sized pool...

"Some staff were really helpful and solved problems well. Other younger desk staff made mistakes (got room number wrong for taxi and almost sent driver away, then called a second taxi while driver was still there) or were unhelpful and gave up easily (looked for a lost jacket indifferently).
Older desk staff made much more of an effort and found coat easily.
Younger staff lacked a willingness to work."
