"We liked that fact that it was large and well equipped with everything one would need. But, we didnt like that there were a lot of other guests' leftover and used amenities. This felt unclean. It would have been better to get rid of all those leftover items and put small but fresh shampoo/conditioner and shower gel bottles like they offer in hotels. "We arrived from the airport by water taxi right to the front door of the hotel as it is located on the Grand Canal in the San Polo district. Check-in was efficient and hotel staff took care of our luggage. They serve an excellent buffet style breakfast with a wide variety of food both hot and cold.
