"The suggestion from hotel cavalieri staff to walk our luggage to the apartment was absurd. Rolling a 29" luggage and wheely carryon over bridges with stairs is ridiculous and very contrary to a 1st class experience we paid 85 euros to have a water taxi to collect us from the apartment A wardrobe door was broken off its hinges before we arrived making the safe inside unusable dissappointing Felt a little odd to have to remove garbage and clean kitchen before we leave considering the price of...

"Our room was very large and well-appointed and very clean. The hotel is steps away from one of the larger canals so getting there was easy. Santa Maria Formosa is across the piazza, and it's easy to get to almost anywhere as it's in the "center of town", if you will. The staff was SO friendly and helpful, honestly it was a magical stay. I can't wait to go back!!"

"Great location for easy walking to The Grand Canal and St Marks Square. Staff were really nice, check in was easy and we’d arrived early so left our bags so we could go off and explore. When we came back a few hours later our bags had been taken to our room. Our room was compact but lovely with beautiful furniture and the bed so comfortable. We would highly recommend staying here and get a private water taxi in from the airport! "

"Loved the look of the room with exposed beams and roof tiles and the air conditioning!! The bathroom was clean and well equipped. Both the bathroom and bedroom were roomy and there was a view of the canal. Luggage storage was great. It’s true the steps up with heavy luggage were inconvenient but all part of the experience! "
