"Loved the hotel suite. Being VIP member they gave us an upgrade. Breakfast quality was top class. Only issue was there is no Central AC and even in March room was really hot. Front desk was rude when asked for help. First they denied that room being hot and I had to tell them what the reading says then the guy rudely said we can’t do anything about it and hung up. We opened the windows and it cooled down the room. Guy was not patient enough to give that simple suggestion. But other than that...

"We stayed here for 2nights before going to Verona (myself & my sister) on the 3rd floor triple room. The host Whatsapp'd on the morning of arrival, confirming timings with instructions on how to get there. Our host was there on arrival, checkin was easy & she was friendly. Easy walk from airport boat & a great location to the explore the streets, few minutes walk to St Mark's square & waterfront. Plenty of shops, restaurants etc beside it. "Lovely stay in Venice. Although advertised as WiFi available there wasn’t. Was given details to link to hotel next door but didn’t work. Room was top floor with small balcony looking over rooftops, it was lovely but a very hot radiator in bathroom which we couldn’t adjust made room very warm. Breakfast was continental butwas plentiful with good choices. Reception staff very helpful. Short walk to Rialto Bridge and St Marc’s."
