"We had a great stay here! The hotel was just a few minutes away from the main areas of Rialto Bridge and San Marco, but it was far away enough to be quiet and crowd free. Free breakfast and an elevator. We chose a room with an AC unit and a bathroom in it, but not all rooms do. "

"En helt fantastisk oplevelse med ekstrem høj service. Vi følte os nærmest som konge og dronning. Vi fik tips til de gode steder i Venedig. Det kan klart anbefales at tage vandtaxa, som stopper live ved hotellets bagindgang. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme. Vi havde 3 overnatninger og værelset var med altan, så vi kunne nyde eftermiddagsolen. Det er tæt på Markus pladsen. Vi elskede alt ved det."

"Staff was amazingly kind. After traveling through US I expect a mediocre service environment. These people were so kind, over the top helpful. The property is a converted third generation home and exquisite. Breakfast was not what we expected. It was lacking nothing including fresh everything and cappuccino made for us. "

"The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!"
