"My son and I had a wonderful stay. The location is central and it’s easy to walk to all of the sites. Arriving and departing by water taxi was fun. The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. "I was not able to iron my clothes there, that’s a change I would suggest because it made difference on my daily basis. Just a small portable iron would have done wonders. Otherwise a Brilliant hotel and service given."

"The place was great, clean, great location friendly staff. Air conditioning worked very well. We ate dinner the last night with a large crowd and the staff didnt seem like they are used to handling large crowds so eat there (food was ok) if you are smaller if larger i recommend looking elsewhere. otherwise had a great experience! "

"The Hotel was lovely altho it was terrible to find but once there the hotel staff were great our adaptors wouldn't work in the room the man on reception brought some up which was a great help the hotel is very venetian the bathroom is lovely we had an excursion booked which meant we had to leave very early so would miss breakfast but the man on reception said its OK wel make you a breakfast bag up to take the breakfast we had there was nice lots of choice staff on reception are very helpful they couldn't do enough for us I would definitely stay here again we ate in the hotel next door on the left it was ok we also tried the restaurant on the right just around the corner that was beautiful I would definitely recommend the restaurant on the right we ate twice there and both times was fabulous one thing to be extremely cautious is the public water taxi stop in Mestre near the bus station we had two lots of 3 in a group pick pockets it was extremely frightening to have 3 large men trying to take our belongings we had this on 2seperate occasions there so be very very vigilant "
