"The room I was originally placed in was right next to a bar, so it was pretty loud the first night. However, the front desk was very helpful and moved me to another room without any issues, which I really appreciated. The rooms are very spacious more like a small apartment which made the stay even more comfortable. The location is also great and very convenient. Overall, I had a positive experience and would stay here again."

"The staff go above and beyond to make your stay worry free. They arranged transport for the airport and they also arranged a special dinner for a birthday celebration. They have so much to offer as far as dinners, beach clubs and more. This was our second time staying for 10 days and it won’t be our last. We requested the same room #8 which was so perfect for a couple. The hotel is very clean and they provide a nice little breakfast that will hit the spot and get you going for the day. "

"This property was beautiful on the outside with a great pool scene. It is also conveniently located just steps away from Playa Mamita Beach and 5th Avenue. HOWEVER, internally, the room was quite run down and dirty. Many electrical outlets didn't work. The entire hotel's water was shut of during the middle of the night secondary to reportedly repeated water pump failures explained to me by the manager of the property. There was no blackout curtain to the large sliding door to the balcony. There...

"We had an amazing time at Casa Central! It felt like a home away from home! Liesbeth Jan Peter made us feel so welcome. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Outside the room is a nice garden with seating and a pool. The hotel is very central, right in the middle of everything. It got a little bit noisy in the evening, but it was no problem for us. We would love to come again! "

"Everything about the property was great except the bed! That was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. Aside from that, location was amazing the Luciana beach club is now seperate and to use you have to spend about $400 pesos which wasn’t bad. Never got to go to the Carmen roof top which is what’s included now with the stay"
