"Muy buen lugar, así empiezan las descripciones, pero quedan cortas las palabras expresar que; casi no quisieras descansar por contemplar sus vistas a la naturaleza, y lo fácil que es relajarse y consentirse con sus vistas dentro de la habitación y jazuzzi. En familia es una maravilla y entre miradas intercambiadas con tu pareja es excepcional. El personal de apoyo muy sólidos tras "bambalinas" y el WhatsApp. Un invitado de gala entre la realeza maya. "Juan was the best host! He provided bikes which we used everyday. He also booked a car for us. He was easy to contact for anything we needed. We highly recommend staying at his place!!!!!"

"Needs new furniture. All the furniture dinning and living room furniture old and stain. Needs Shower doors in all bathrooms. Water was going all over the floor. Needs new Kitchen cabinets. Rail in the stairs. My 88 yr old mother needed help to go up and down the stairs. Needs new toilet seats covers. According, to a lady is not a hotel and they only gave us 6 towels for 7 day stay. "Loved the pool and area on the roof! My only complaint is the nosey traffic, which can't be helped, but nice to be aware of that. Also, it says oceanfront but there is a busy street, the main one... the ocean is there, but its kinda dirty down on that part and not much beach area. The staff outside letting you in and out are very nice, polite and helpful. I felt safe inside the property as a solo woman traveler, but I wanted to be able to walk on the beach at night from my room. I just couldn't...

"This was our second visit to Condumel. We love this place. Very peaceful and quite. We basically had the whole place to ourselves. Carla the manager is awesome along with the room cleaning crew and the security guard during the evening. Rent some scooters and explore the island. We will be back."
