"The staff were amazing when my daughter who has autism couldn't settle in the room. They found us an alternative room with seperate beds and where she could have the window open all night. (IYKYK) The breakfast was plentyful with many options and cooked to perfection. We found the location quiet with many amenities local to the hotel should you need them. Warner Bros Harry potter Studio only a short distance away, so was perfect for our visit. Would recommend this great value, clean and welcoming hotel. Only negative, the mattress was too hard for us.......but that's just how it is when staying away from home, and missing your own bed slightly 😁"

"1. Woke up with no electric in the room. Reported no effort to fix. Needed phone torch to see round 2. Unexpected parking charge, not advertised,it is at a service station. Went for breakfast and huge TV advert, that advertised free parking. Complain and was just dismissed 3. Hardly any electric vehicle chargers were working 4. Other guests, a domestic arguments happened throughout the night from more than one set of guests 5. Paid for two breakfast but given one voucher for child, despite paid an adult price"

"One man seemed to be covering all jobs, very pleasant, but no one had unlocked the hotel in the morning so there was no breakfast which they refunded me. Wasnt impressed as I then had to find breakast elsewhere "
