"Room was extremely clean. Love The White Company smellies. Although there was a mix up (Executive Room I booked said it had a king bed and sofa bed but no sofa bed) the Receptionist who checked us in and different Receptionist who checked us out went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were offered 2 Executive Rooms so that we would have a bed each or 1 twin bed room. We opted for the twin bed room. I regularly travel to the area as I was born nearby and had often seen this hotel, but never stayed in it before. It did not disappoint. I will recommend it to others. The staff are wonderful. Best I've ever encountered at a hotel when it comes to problem solving."

"Communication was non-existent - despite sending plenty of messages through the Expedia app, in the end I only got to speak with the owner when I was stood right outside the property. The beds are next level uncomfortable - very springy and one of them had a proper dip in its middle. Not recommended."
