"Everything about this resort is just beautiful. The check in process was a breeze, the staff is so friendly and helpful and professional. All the food was great. Especially Ember restaurant. We had an especially large group and all the staff were so accommodating and the food was truly amazing. The manager Jose Luis came over to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. We were all so pleased . Can’t wait to come back ."

"Service was excellent Sabina and Samuel were great . Will other staff was wonderful including Manuel I believe our room servicer. for A303B 7-14 - 19. He also made a different design with our bedding the room was perfect and spacious to include beachfront view The property was immaculate landscaped beautifully Luz the masseuse was excellent All other stall we encountered was friendly professional and courteous.
My only suggestion is to add lettering on buildings so you know which way to go"

" Booked this property last minute, got on a flight down there, took a taxi to the property only to find out they canceled the reservation. I never received any notification and it took me contacting them to have them tell me they cancelled it. Here we stand, a family of 5 with no place to stay. Had to take a taxi back to the airport and get booked on the soonest flight back home. I would not recommend staying here, and Expedia was no help either, all they said was “sorry for the inconvenience”. "

"A slice a paradise, with a romantic and boho chic atheistic. The food is delicious with fresh ingredients. It is a boutique hotel which we loved. We had 2 bungalows right on the beach so you can step out and enjoy the sound of the waves and had a choice of sun beds. The beach is rocky so we just used the pool. We had a car so could explore the area but if you want to unwind you could easily just relax there."
