"Aloft Downtown was excellent in all aspects. Our room was clean, roomy, the city view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. We were given a one bed room on accident upon arrival and immediately was switched to our 2 queen bed room with 2 vouchers for $10 off of food/drink. ($20 total)"
