Upon check in, the room reserved was wrong. My booking was for 1queen &1 single but was reserved 1 queen only. However the staff who was at the counter was extra nice to rectify the problem. On entering the room, there was only 2 bath towels on the queen bed. I did not ask as I thought its normal. But with 3 adults as booked, that wasn't enough. Upon checking out, I was informed that 2 hand towels were missing. Which wasn't there in the first place. After rechecking and asking the cleaner how the hand towels look like, I insisted that I was not given the hand towels. On curiosity, why was there 2 bath towels and supposed to be ,2 hand towels when in actual fact these items should be 3 each. Anyway, after about 30 minutes query done by the checkout staff, she gave an OK to let me checkout. It was quite an ambarassing moment though. First time having problem upon checking out, amongst my many travelling schedule.
