The hotel is surrounded by busy streets, so a tip would be to pack some ear plugs as noise in the evening and early hours often woke us up. Few things didn’t work (light on bathroom mirror, towel warmer, a door hinge was broken and some coat hooks were placed in a crazy spot -needs some maintenance!)"

Having a full kitchen and washer/dryer combo is clutch. The room was very clean and modern. This hotel literally thinks of the smallest details to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Most of staff at checkout are task oriented and their attitude does not reflect the level of service I’d expect in this prestige hotel therefore I will never be back . Also a hammering noise at 10 pm that went on for a good twenty mins wasn’t welcome . The waiting staff were very polite and friendly unlike the reception staff . "

"This is a nice hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was no desk, microwave, or a true refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water. Our biggest complaint was our room was hot and there is no air conditioning. We did open the windows and that help some. The restaurant and bar have the same menu. There are not a lot of selections and there are no other restaurants nearby. "
