The 2 bedrooms apartment are big (with 2 bathrooms). But the terraces are not very clean with the pigeons (there is a brush provided). The restaurant was good, but it would have been nice to have more local specialities (chestnuts, etc...) and different desserts. The staff at the restaurant is very polite and helpful. However there was very very very poor entertainment. No baby disco, only one show during the week. The other evenings, the only staff responsible for entertaining the guest was proposing bingo (there was nobody interested but he was still proposing it one night out of 2) or disco (created a playlist on his computer then stayed at the bar. Not much interaction with the 10 kids dancing on the stage. Never proposed a baby disco or a game. What a shame....). Very disappointed on his service. And no kids club during the holidays. He said that after the 16/10, there was not much kids, but lots of pensioners. The staff from the reception are good. A map from the region on the wall would be nice. Instead of just leaving the leaflets on a table. Also a shuttle to the beach front would be nice. It is quite far (3 Kms). The swimming pool is nice and seats are not booked (leaving a towel on it) like in the other hotels.

Viajamos en pareja con mascota, ideal para esta epoca del año el apartamento grande y limpio. La limpieza cada 5 dias, que en nuestro caso en una estancia de 6 dias podia haberse realizado un dia en medio de la estancia, y el dia 5 la tuvimos que reclamar porque no la habian realizado. El personal muy amable, las instalaciones geniales , la ubicacion imprescindible coche. Cerca de Estepona , Marbella, Ronda ectc.un sitio ideal para recorrer la cista del sol

Segundo año que viajo a éste sitio porque nos gusta, sitio limpio, bonito, cuidado y una animación que hace que volvamos. Lo malo: es que tanto los colchones como almohadas son pésimas, no descansas nada. La cocina es oscura y sin luz, la campana extractora no funcionó en ninguno de los años que hemos ido. Necesitas el coche para ir a todos sitios porque no hay comercios alrededor. Los precios preparados para el turista de fuera, una caña 2,50, una barra de pan 1 euro... El socorrista, tema aparte, no lo voy a culpar a él porque no esté atento las 11 horas que trabaja al día pero si tiene culpa por permitir comer en la orilla de la piscina, usar colchonetas y balones de fultbol en el agua. Lo bueno: Han puesto teles planas éste año. Y sobre todo la animación

Résidence paradisiaque. Personnel sympathique. Magnifique paysage autour. Cependant il ne faut pas être exigeant : L'installation électrique ou plomberie a été fait a la va vite. Les prises de courant, lampes sont de travers. Les plinthes cuisine tombent au sol, etc. Nous avons réparé nous même la fuite d'eau évier cuisine. Les fusibles sautent facilement. La carte d'accès a l'appartement se désactive souvent (aller-retour a l'accueil). Literie Trop ferme. Son de la musique d'animation trop fort. Nous n'avons pas testé leur restaurant. Avoir une voiture : Commerces les + proches (Lidl, mercadona, pharmacie et un bazar) sont a 20/30mn a pied. Voiture aussi pour aller a la plage.

We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad! Hotel personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam dus compliment daarvoor! Kamers waren prima kwa ruimte voor onze gezin met 2 kinderen, hygiëne was goed alleen de matrassen van de bed hadden echt hun beste tijd gehad en waren hard en aan vervanging toe. Verder heel tevreden over deze accommodatie.

Très bon séjour cet été 2019 chez Pierre et Vacances Estepona ! Établissement idéal pour les familles. Les enfants ont faits de nombreux amis aussi bien français qu’espagnol ou marocains. Équipe d’animateur sympa, joueurs proposant Zumba, aquagym, Water polo, Volley-ball et Tennis de table + soirées avec les inoubliables Chocolate, Mickey Mouse, Carlos et leurs girls ! Logement fonctionnel, climatisé permettant de cuisiner. Consommations vraiment abordables, ça change des terrasses françaises. Piscines bien entretenues avec transat gratuits. 3 Supermarchés à proximité ouverts jusqu’à 22h. On reviendra. Merci à tous pour votre accueil, bonne humeur et gentillesse.

Fint hotel til prisen

Vi er lige kommet hjem, efter 13 overnatninger på hotellet. Der må medtages dyr på hotellet, hvilket de første dage gjorde, at vi kunne høre en hund gø hele tiden (den samme hund). Grundet mange myre på værelset, fik vi nyt værelse og de tog det meget seriøst, da vi spurgte efter en løsning på alle de myre der var på værelset. Der gik 5 min, så havde vi fået et nyt værelse. Selve værelset har en rigtig fin størrelse til en familie på 4 - et soveværelse, 1 stue med sovesofa, spiseplads til 4 og lille køkken med de mest nødvendige redskaber inkl. mikroovn. Poolområdet er rigtig fint, men som ved mange andre hoteller, så kunne det være svært, at finde en liggestol - især én i skyggen, hvis man kom hen af formiddagen. Der var mulighed for bordtennis, men vi oplevede flere gange, at battene var udlånt, men ingen spillede - vi købte vores egne og de blev brugt flittigt. Der var mulighed for selv, at medbringe snacks og drikke ved poolen, hvilket vi synes er rart. Der var også mulighed for, at købe diverse mad og drikke i snackbaren. Hotellet ligger langt fra byen, hvilket gør, at en bil er rigtig rar - der er gratis parkering i gaderne (kan være svært at finde en plads) ellers kan man betale 9 euro for en fast plads i parkeringskælderen - det fungere rigtig fint. Der er animation alle dage undtagen søndag, som underholder med diverse aktiviteter. Der er livredder opsyn hver dag. Det er desværre ikke tilladt, at bruge luftmadrasser, baderinge (kun hvis man er baby) og diverse.

We took ages to check in even though we arrived way past check in time so our room should have been ready! - at first we got told we would have to wait for a room to become available but then thankfully a room did become available. At the pool, one staff at bar, waited well over half an hour for a drink.

Helt ok hotell, bra pool men dock väldigt kall och väldigt svårt att få solstol om man inte hänger på låset kl:10.00 när de öppnar. Väldigt lyhört om man bor som vi mot poolen/ uteplatserna från baren.Barn lekte vid poolområdet mitt i natten och skrek och hade sig. Vi fick bara otrevlig bemötande av receptionen när vi ringde dem och fråga om de kunde göra något. Vi fick inte sova under hela vår vistelse. Dåligt läge om man inte har bil.

Súper vacaciones en familia todo como esperábamos, aunque poco tiempo de animaciones, fuimos hace 3 años y fue una pasada emos vuelto por la animación de chocolate, sesar, Omar, etc.. aunque a cambiado un poco nos vamos felices por que los emos vuelto aver todo el que va repite.

Really nice accommodation with our small dog. We booked half board and food was very good Although we realised we could not take our dog into the restaurant we were originally advised that it would be OK to eat breakfast with her on the terrace but were advised subsequently that this was not possible Good location for access to Estepona town and Puerto Banus if have car Resort pool and facilities very good but nice beaches are also close by
