"Amazing stay! It was my first visit to Manila and I really enjoyed BGC red planet as it was really clean, looks new and comfortable. Except for shower detergent and toilet roll, you have to prepare your own amenities like toothbrush toothpaste face tissue etc. There’s a Lawson just behind BGC The Fort Red Planet, some convenient stores and fast food chain nearby so it is extremely convenient! They also offer free water refill at the lobby. They provide only 1 key card, and no in-room phone...

"We were really looking forward to our stay here and assumed everything was set. However, when we got to the property around 8 PM, the front desk informed us that our host, Marianne, had not sent them the required endorsement to allow us to stay, so they prevented us from checking in. We tried calling and messaging Marianne and Jarre multiple times through the emergency line they had provided us, but no one answered, so we had to wait in the lobby for another 1.5 hours. "The property was exactly as described. The room was very clean, the staff was welcoming, and although we overslept our check out time the host was gracious to give us enough time to pack and leave without an issue. Oh, and the view is great as it overlooks the canal! I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m in the area!"

"The place is in the middle of BGC which made it easy for us to go around. The staff were all helpful and accommodating. The room was clean but the bathroom door cannot be closed properly, and there is water that comes out of the bathroom tile every time we step on it. Something that the hotel can fix, I think. There’s no Room Service after 11pm. All in all, the hotel is good enough for a short stop."

"location was great. Close by to Uptown Mall & variety of restaurants. Unit was a good size and clean however during night time, we were able to hear noises which would be from neighbors, the refrigerator, and sometimes it sounded like someone was trying to open the door. WiFi did go out on our 5th night, attempted to contact the host however there was no response. Overall, experience was good. "
