"Everyone is so nice. Rooms are excellent! Had to change our dates last minute due to Air Canada strike - they were very understanding and helpful. The location is great. Shops, restaurants, etc. is all around the corner. Senso-ji is closer than it seems. Ueno station is a bit of a walk, but still not too bad. Very happy!"

"Great area, and the breakfast was perfect. It is located a block away from all the local attractions of the traditional Asakusa area. The breakfast is buffet style, and very good and convenient. It is a little bit dated, but it is on a traditional area, so I suppose it goes with the theme. "
