"This property is at a great location! It was undergoing major renovations on our floor when we arrived, but we were granted an early check in which was wonderful. Our room was obviously brand new and renovated but some things weren't ready in time - for example, the TV remote didn't work and the telephone wasn't working either. However, it was a great room and the front staff were incredible in giving us directions as to how wo replace some items from lost baggage nearby.

"After a slight mixup with our room at check-in, we were able to move rooms the next day and get the room with the balcony that we had required. "The staff was excellent - very helpful. Both guest elevators were inoperative for the first couple of days, but we could use the service elevator (just longer waits). The hotel is very well located near Notre Dame (walkable). The restaurant food was excellent. The hotel has an attractive appearance from the street. Rooms were comfortable, quiet and the washer/dryer in the kitchenette was great. We'd certainly stay there again."

"Room clean and recent decor. Good location next to RER B station(luxembourg) and Pantheon. The RER B return journey was cancelled on return due to track issue which was disappointing. Hotel had a lovely pool and steam room. Air con, fridge and kettle in room."
