"Room was clean, shower room was spotless. The in room safe was great and easy to use. The curtains were really good and kept the room dark in the morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even printed out concert tickets for us. We only had breakfast on the last morning but there was plenty of choice, hot and cold, it was good value for money. The only negative was that the beds were quite narrow and the mattress could have been a bit firmer but that is personal choice. The pillows and bedding were fresh and clean and beds were made daily."

The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our visit. Communication in English was excellent, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The hotel was spotless—everything was very clean and well-maintained, which we truly appreciated. One detail that stood out was their flexibility and hospitality: they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in so we could go sightseeing, and when we returned, they had already placed our bags in our room, such a thoughtful touch! We also had an early check-in around 6:00 AM, and they even offered to give us a courtesy wake-up call, which shows their attention to guest needs. The location is perfect, close to everything and ideal for exploring the city. Overall, the service was exceptional, and we were truly impressed. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!"
