The staff in the hotel were incredibly rude on my arrival. They kept cutting me off saying I needed to wait to check in at 3:00pm. I kept saying I paid for the previous night so that we could check in earlier. I pointed out I had emailed the hotel the day before to remind them. I could see that they had rented the room out from the screen the receptionist had open. Once she finally admitted I had done that ( after showing her my confirmation email). We still had to wait over an hour so they could clean the room I had paid for. The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are very small, we were told we were given an upgrade, it had three beds side by side against one wall that filled up the length of the wall. Not an upgrade because I booked and paid for 2 singles not three beds pushed up against each other. Another thing I have to mention is that there were two hanging black and white old photo framed pictures of old movie stars , it was their nominal hotel theme. They were the exact same picture! And it was not done in an artistic or quirky way, it was as if they could not care less about the surroundings.
