"Lovely hotel in a good location in the heart of Paris for a reasonable price. Excellent for keeping the family together while exploring Paris. Lots of options for food and a lavarie (laundromat) close by. Drawbacks are the sofa bed is not flat and squeaks with any movement. Our tub also didn’t drain and upon mentioning it to the front desk after check-in on Friday night, there was nothing they could do until Monday since there was no maintenance on the weekend."

"AVOID. This hotel is filthy, there was hair, stains, and unidentifiable types of crusty matter on and inside the sheet (no top sheet), cover, and pillows. There are limits to what you can accept to sleep in. I arrived late from the airport and booked it because I was on a 21-hour layover. It was 2 am and my flight was leaving at 10:30 am, so I wanted to SLEEP! The staff completely dismissed my complain and just checked me out. "The location was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to assist with anything needed. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast had a great amount of choices which all were delicious."

"The room was clean and spacious, they left a cute note with Eiffel Tower candy on the bed. The front desk staff were kind and attentive! The hotel is in a great location, walking distance from everything. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that we put the do not disturb sign on the door and the cleaning staff tried to get in anyways, thank goodness we put the top lock on the door. I was just getting out of the shower when this happened so it was definitely disturbing."
