Small room. Great location near the Gare de Lyon. The tablet in the room was a pain in the neck...when my phone charger stopped working, the staff was quick to resolve my problem!!!! I did not eat breakfast there, but it looked good! The coffee at the restaurant was delicious....I wish they had coffee machines in the rooms.

I chose this property for its recent high rise construction making it more soundproof and comfortable air conditioning and other amenities. I also chose it for the rooftop bar and I was disappointed it was closed for renovations but no mention on website or booking which would have made a difference since I could have stayed at another citizen M or another Marriott hotel.

this is the 3rd Citizen M we stayed in. Of the 3 it's the one showing the most 'wear and tear', two lifts were broken during our stay so being in a high rise it was a little time consuming, and there's little bits and pieces everywhere that need a touch up, HOWEVER, that's really the only thing, the staff were all nice and helpful and the room was comfortable as usual. Ive never understood though why citizen M having such cozy common areas, have chosen stark cold white for the bedrooms.
