The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.

The apartment is cute, very well decorated, and the staff were very friendly. We had to call for assistance because wifi wasn’t working and the water was coming out very muddy, Carlos were helpful with the wifi password and the security guard explained that the water problem was easily solved by letting it running for a while. It all worked fine. The poll area is great, good for small children. The apartment is very close to the beach but when booking it said our apartment had ocean views and we hadn’t. Overall it was a great experience for a 3 days trip.

The steal from you. They were supposed to charge forty six cents for the light usage and i have a charge i am disputing now of forty dollar, liers. I took an image of the light meter before and after i sent to my bank. the room was not ready for an hour after check in time, the washer had someone's clothes in it.

The condo had plenty of space to accommodate my family of four (2 adults and 2 teens) in its two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. The property manager greeted us when we arrived to go over what we needed to know about the space, and was very responsive through WhatsApp during our stay whenever questions came up. We were provided with a 5-gallon jug of water necessary for drinking and cooking. The building has a 24-hour security guard outside the building, however the front gate didn't lock. Because we were so close to other rentals, resorts and bars, it did get rather loud some nights from the music being played. The swimming pool was large enough to enjoy a refreshing dip, while not feeling cramped. Our private outdoor space was nice as well. It was a 3-minute walk to the beach (although due to the Sargassum issue in the area we did not enjoy the ocean). We did however have access to a beach club with lounge chairs-Huracan. There was a convenience market about a block away for all of your essentials and snacks. We loved the culinary scene in the neighborhood, and had many memorable meals eating an amazing variety of food. Check out Wowzer Brunch & Restaurant, La Bruja, La Casita De Yeya, L’aceretta and Castaways Bistro. They are all within the neighborhood which was safe and friendly. I'm glad we took a chance and stayed here. It was far from perfect, but we felt part of the community, a nice alternative to the cookie cutter resorts.

The bed was comfortable the place was clean the communication was great with the representative internet work well, walking distance to the beach Dona’s Paula was a great spot. I had one problem we had to pay for the usage amount of light you use. I believe that was one of the reason i would not stay there again. I leave home to come and pay someone light bill. no way!

What I love: Jhonny Luis, the Concierge. The communication is excellent after we arrive the next day. And when certain equipment brakes in the property, he will make sure he communicates with the team and get it done son. What I do not like: The property itself was not maintained well compares what it shows on the picture. 1. Kitchen Faucet Leaking – The faucet is broken: when turned on, water pours out from both the top and bottom at the same time. 2. Water Leaks During Rain – On rainy days, water seeped through the front glass door. We had to use towels to stop the flooding from getting inside. 3. Poor Cleaning Before Check-In – The place was not cleaned properly before our arrival. There was hair in the drawers, stains on the bedsheets that wouldn’t come out, and some kitchen items even had mold on them. 4. Broken Facilities – Many things didn’t work. We had no hot water for the entire week, no working toilet at first, and even the living room had no lightbulbs installed. We had to ask someone to come and fix things during our stay. 5. Expensive Electricity – If you’re sensitive to heat and need air conditioning, be aware that electricity is very expensive. 6.Ant Problem – The kitchen had a serious ant issue, especially around the cooking area. Even after cleaning and storing everything in the fridge, ants kept coming back. We recommend bringing ant traps from home. 7.Far from Stores – The location is very far from any supermarket. Better taxi or rent a car.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this time was an experience, when we got there, we checked out the place, and found a dead bird in the pool, we tried calling the owner 3-4 times, in different days and didn’t answer what so ever, the power went out on us and once again we tried calling the owner and they didn’t answer, and to end it, one of the showers wasn’t working. overall it was a bad experience.

False advertisement it was supposed to be partial ocean view. There was no ocean view at all. The TVs did not work. The door leads outside in the master bedroom would not lock. I reached out to the property. They said they would send someone out they never sent anyone requested for a refund. They denied my refund. The barbecue pit was rusty and dirty. Could not use it. The pool had green water in it. very nasty could not use it.

Since the day of Check-in, we have been experiencing issues with the unit. In many occasions, there is either no water at all or low pressure water inside the unit. In many occasions, there is no electricity inside the unit. We spent an entire night without water and when we contact management, nobody responded until the next day. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone until the company improves their customer service (communication) skills and get their stuffs together.

ARNAQUE. Notre hôte nous a envoyé un message le jour J alors qu'on avait réservé 6 mois avant pour dire qu'il y avait une erreur sur le prix. J'étais surpris quand a 21h on me dit que j'aurai pas accès à mon logement cette nuit si je ne règle pas 100€ de plus sur un site inconnu. Une fois refusé, on me dit "ok" mais je passe demain pour que vous régliez des frais d'électricité... Après mon second refus, on me donne le numéro de la chambre. J'ai finalement réservé dans un autre hôtel par peur de me faire racketter le lendemain.

The property has potencial but no one came to fix a bed that was broken in one room so I was unable to use one of the rooms, the washing machine was filthy and the cleaning lady said was not her job, and the couches dusty, my sister had an allergic reaction, the pool was green and not one person in this property or Expedia took responsibility and gave me a refund at least a partial refund. Expedia cleaned their hands by stating that they have to wait for the owner to respond and the owner dared send me an electricity bill which I hope Expedia will cover since they take no responsibility other than offer 100 points from a value of more than $1,000 booking. This took place the week of June 5th and still nothing is resolved.

This property does have potential, but unfortunately, my family and I had a very stressful and disappointing experience. Before check-in, I was informed that a deposit would be held, which I was fine with. However, I was repeatedly asked to enter my credit card information into an invoice that showed the full amount—not just the deposit. After going back and forth, we finally agreed I’d handle it in person. In the end, they didn’t charge the deposit, which I appreciated, but the process was far more stressful than it needed to be. When we arrived, we encountered several issues: • The patio doors wouldn’t lock • The mini pool (piscicuzzi) was dirty • Towels provided were not clean Communication was inconsistent, and I found myself having to reach out to two different contacts to address these issues. It took days for things to get resolved, and I spent too much of my vacation waiting around for someone to show up. The worst part was the apartment flooding during the last three days of our stay. I had to mop several times a day just so we could walk without stepping in water. My kids slipped more than once, and we had to elevate all of our belongings to keep them from being damaged overnight. Maintenance came out the first two days, but despite being told a plumber would be sent, no one ever showed up. To top it off, despite all of this, Expedia has been unable to secure a refund on our behalf. I would not recommend this property based on our experience!
