"I have been traveling the world my whole life and have visited many countries during my time in the U.S. Navy. Shangri-La The Fort Manila and Shangri-La the Fort Boracay are by far the best resorts I've stayed in. The services they provide far exceed the price you pay (in my opinion). The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. All the staff were professional and prompt. Best customer service I've seen anywhere. Specific shout out to the night manager Karl. "

"My family and I truly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The customer service from the registration, housekeeping, and other facilities was 5 stars!!! They go out their way to make sure you are comfortable. Our studio room was very luxurious. We also had a wonderful time at the pool area. I highly recommend this resort hotel and I would love to come back."

"One of the best hotel room which I have stayed in Manila, much better than the famous S on EDSA. Spacious room with great view. Separate shower, bathtub and toilet area with two sinks. One complaint is the lift system which can be confusing, and quite slow due to high floor and occupancy. Second its breakfast restaurant is relatively small, had to wait for 10-15 min everyday to get a table."

"Enjoyed my stay, the staff is very accommodating and friendly, I love the lay out of the rooms, clean and spacious,the only downside are the staff in the club, I felt reprimanded when dining with my family of 6, all the large tables are occupied, so when we tried to put 2 tables together the staff did not let us but when a group of foreigners did the same thing, they just brushed it off. Not worth paying for the club access. Overall, enjoyed my stay"
