"The staff at reception were lovely, my room was very cute as I stayed in a single, it had everything I needed. Everything seemed spotless until I lifted the toilet seat and there was a pubic hair there. There were also only two tiny cartons of UHT milk. There was a beeping noise all night coming from somewhere, I can sleep through anything so this didn't actually bother me but I can imagine it would others. Other than these couple of things it was actually a lovely stay and it wouldn't put me...

"Our stay at the Mandeville was outstanding. The main reason for this was the concierge, Said. He helped me so much, especially with my wheelchair, recommendations, hailing taxis, and anticipating my needs as I am mobility challenged. He's worth the stay there! The rest of the staff was also efficient and friendly, the hotel is nicely located close to everything, and the room was very clean. I'll stay there anytime I'm in London!"

"The location was perfect! Right off River Thames, next to Big Ben, The London Eye, Westminister Bridge. The hotels bar/lounge, Primo Bar had excellent service, great tasting & very well made drinks. Hotel staff were friendly & quick with requests. The concierge was super helpful. Room service was tasty & delivered very timely. Would stay here again & recommend."

"Wir hatten leider nicht die Aussicht wie auf den Bildern abgebildet, sondern zum Hinterhof, dabei habe ich wegen der Aussicht extra ein Executive Zimmer gebucht. Minibar war leer und der Kühlschrank hat leider nicht funktioniert. Schönes Bad und bequeme Betten (Kingsize). Dennoch würde ich das Hotel wieder buchen, da der Standort perfekt war und das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt."
