"Beds were very comfortable. The family room was a bit tight for three people including a 6ft 7in male. When we returned we upgraded to an executive room which was better for them. Food was fine. The best part of our stay was the staff who went over and above to facilitate our requests."

"O quarto é maravilhoso, o sofá cama tem um colchão um pouco gasto. O único problema é a falta de ventilação no banheiro, quando você vai tomar banho o vapor do banheiro acaba ativando o alarme de incêndio do hotel e ligam no quarto perguntando se tem incêndio e uma pessoa ainda tem que subir para verificar, a forma que encontramos para evitar isso é tomar banho com a porta aberta, atrapalha um pouco a experiência do banho mas evita esse transtorno. "Arrived at the property at 7pm with a 35 minute window before the start time of our event to drop bags check in and leave, only to be informed the hotel had overbooked and they didn’t have a room. They proposed sending us to the courtyard Marriott instead. This should have been informed sooner, missed chance to eat dinner and this was a downgrade, as we booked specifically for the facilities at the village. "We have stayed in this hotel before and love it This time we had a suite Room was fairly big bed comfortable amenities good lovely warm shower We took advantage of our free drinks in Champagne Central ( well that was closed but the room beside it and although not as stylish it was fine) Breakfast was great (lovely to not have to cook it) So overall relaxing only downside was it was too short!!! "
