"Pros: convenient location. huge & clean rooms. breakfast was good & concierge was very helpful. Cons: never inform me that they will pre-authorized 2500 yuan 5 days before we arrived. It showed up when my bank sent an alert with a strange account name and no explanations. Then when we check-in, the hotel charge another 2500 yuan for incidentals without telling me. They only explained after I questioned him. The rain shower was great but the drainage was terrible...the water went up to my...

"Facility is not brand-new but well cleaned. 25th floor is the reception lobby and the elevator system is quite complicated, some elevators connect between ground floor and 25th floor, some connect upper than 25th, but some connect from ground to the highest floor, not easy to distinguish them."

"少し古さを感じさせるホテルですが、敷地内にセブンイレブン（22時閉店）やマクドナルドがあります。徒歩5分の場所に6階建てのショッピングセンターがあり買い物や食事に困りません。そのショッピングセンターから上海南駅に直結しています。ホテル内にはATMもあります。朝食は普通に美味しいですが、和食はありません。上海の中心街まで地下鉄2本で約30分かかるので観光で使うホテルではないように思います。現地決済を選びましたが、2泊約4万5千円のところ、デポジットで約2万5千円をプラスした、約7万円をカード決済されました。チェックアウト10日後にきちんとデポジット分は戻ってきました。禁煙ルームでタバコ臭はありませんでした。「喫煙したら約1万5千円を請求します」と書いてあるアクリルスタンドがありました。フロントやレストランの従業員さん達は全く愛想がありませんが、中国では上の対応です。"

"Not a great experience, not worth the value. Check in process was slow. Requested baby cot when booking but it didn't reflect on the system. Luckily house keeping manage to get one. Other staff in the hotel wasn't helpful too. They are trying to shun away from guess. The breakfast service was poor. Limited food choices and the waitress are not attentive. "

Most important is strategy location for moving around, next to a big shopping mall, food street and the hotel rate is competitive compare to Nanjing street. It is between Pudong airport and Hongqiao railway station. It is suitable either for business and family."
