"We had an incredible stay - would highly recommend the hotel. The reception staff were absolutely wonderful and made the stay perfect. There was a female receptionist who was amazing. There was an evening where we were exhausted and wanted to order food in the room. We couldn't work out how to use the apps, the receptionist was able to order us food within 10 mins. She also helped us with booking our first didi/taxi and giving advice on the easiest/quickest routes for stuff. "

"空港とディズニーの送迎バスがあって助かった。空港のバス乗り場への行き方が難しい。ディズニーのバス時間は決まっていて、行きが6:45と早すぎる。朝食の時間は9:30まで行けば大丈夫で美味しかった。バスローブはスタンダードには付いていない。WiFi重くて使い物にならなかった。充電スピード遅い。鏡が洗面台の鏡しかなかった。ホテルの人は親切に対応してくれた。周りの駅が絶妙に遠い。化粧水などの美容アメニティはなし。歯ブラシはフロントから取る。連泊だと掃除とバスタオルを取り替えてくれる。部屋は綺麗で十分な広さだった。"
