"This is a beautiful hotel. Felt very “fancy” for us. Valet parking, 17 stories, chandeliers, nice bar/restaurant in the lobby, etc. Staff were so nice and helpful here. The rooms are clean and QUIET. The trolley car goes on the street in front of the hotel. I really loved staying here. "
