Great hotel if you're on a business trip and not looking for many amenities. The rooms were generous and quiet. The location is near Market Street and Moscone Center so the hotel is perfect if you are attending a convention. That said, if you are on a vacation and looking for pampering, look elsewhere as the hotel has limited amenities (like no room service, pool, etc.) Staff is hit and miss at the front desk as far as helpfulness. The bell clerks are overworked. Housekeeping was awesome.

First time to San Francisco I was nervous about which hotel to pick, this place was awesome! Safe area, close to alot of things, staff was so nice, place was clean and really really nice! Anytime I travel there again this will be the place I stay. I don't have 1 bad thing to say. Awesome experience!

That was good, The receptionist was friendly and helpful but the author is his staff were very rude he did an event at a loss to sit in the bar and drink a coffee in the morning but the hotel was clean.
