"Overall positive. Drive-up was easy and door staff friendly. I was a bit frustrated at check-in. I was in the Elite line with a single attendant. There were 3 for everyone else so we were being lapped. Even when there was noone in the standard line none of the attendants helped those of us in the Elite line. Never experienced that before.
Room clean, nice view. West tower, looking over the lagoon. Would suggest doing something with the roof we overlooked; its a bit of an eyesore. Maybe a green...

"The Guest Services staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. Always willing to help.
The condo unit was clean and provides all amenities needed - from pool towels to dish soap. If you need anything additional they are happy to provide. The bed was very comfortable. Unit was a little outdated but worked for us. There are
Bbqs all over the property to use and are cleaned daily.
Restaurant had a daily happy hour and live music every night.
Highly recommend for all ages!"

"We stayed here for two nights. Boy, was the room outdated and wallpaper is pealing. Iron is leaking. Body wash bottle was completely empty. Hairdryer - barely worked. We checked in 4 people and there were only two towels. We had do go to the lobby twice to request towels. During our stay that only had buffet style breakfast and dinner - which was way overpriced. We are not big eaters and were hopping for small breakfast. Our room was ocean view (which we paid extra for), it was not good - ocean...

"Apt was fabulous: clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The portable AC unit had a locking device on it so we weren't able to cool down the apartment. We made good use of the ceiling fans and pedestal fan. We had a difficult time finding the apartment within the complex. Now that we have some idea of the complex layout, we'd stay at this place again."
