"I stayed at Tokatoka for one night, needing to wait for my next flight the following day. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel extremely convenient to the airport. Shuttle pick up at airport was seamless. Breakfast was decent, good for my one meal spent on property. Pool looked fun (especially the water slide), but I did not use it. Overall a great and convenient value for the money. "

"Quarto limpo, com ar condicionado. Staff simpático e atencioso. Levaram minhas malas para o quarto (terceiro andar, acesso único pelas escadas). No checkout, pedi ajuda com a bagagem e eles se prontificaram a me ajudar. Café da manhã excelente! Problemas: havia uma barata no banheiro assim que cheguei."

Ony Tash Dan Joe security Medo Silo Ester Kinni Manny Big dave George And all the activity staff The reception staff The kitchen and dinningbstaff as well as bar staff. Entertainment staff great. However i think the staff should be given better equipment yo work with as it is very dated and faulty."

"Everything seems good except they fail to either accept a 3 adults booking for 3 bed in deluxe room and charge extra for 3rd one at the counter OR they fail to show detail for extra charges online. In the side to shopping mall coconut tree are very may cause serious danger in case coconut fruit fall or the whole tree fell off."
